Features may vary based on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
Account Creation
- • You must provide accurate and complete information
- • You must be at least 18 years old
- • One person or entity per account
- • You must verify your email address
Your Responsibilities
- • Maintain the security of your password
- • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- • Ensure your data is accurate and up-to-date
- • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
- • Not share your account with others
4. Payment Terms
Subscription Plans
• Individual Plan: Free forever for one vehicle
• Silver Plan: €9.99/month for up to 10 vehicles
• Gold Plan: €19.99/month for up to 50 vehicles
• Diamond Plan: €49.99/month for unlimited vehicles
Billing
- • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- • All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes
- • Payment processing is handled by Stripe
- • You authorize automatic recurring payments
Refunds & Cancellations
- • Cancel anytime; access continues until period end
- • No refunds for partial months
- • Downgrading takes effect at next billing cycle
- • We may offer discretionary refunds for technical issues
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- • Use the service for any illegal purposes
- • Share false or misleading information
- • Attempt to breach or test our security
- • Reverse engineer or copy our service
- • Use automated systems to access the service
- • Resell or redistribute the service
- • Harass other users or our staff
- • Upload malicious code or content
Violation may result in immediate account termination.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Property
Service Day, its logo, and all related content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of data you input (vehicle info, maintenance records). You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide the service to you.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations
Service "As Is"
Service Day is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that the service will meet all your requirements.
Not Professional Advice
Service Day provides reminders and tracking. It does not replace professional mechanical advice. Always consult qualified mechanics for vehicle issues.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of Service Day is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

9. Termination
By You
